Attendance Reports
Attendance reports give you a clear view of service and fellowship participation trends over time — helping you spot drops early and respond before they become patterns.
Accessing attendance data
Go to Reports and the page opens on the Attendance tab by default.
Service attendance
Weekly Attendance Rate chart
A line chart showing the average attendance rate (percentage of active members present) over the last 8 weeks. Each data point represents one week.
- A flat line near 80%+ is healthy
- A consistent downward slope needs attention
- A sharp drop on a specific date may indicate a special event or service cancellation
Trend indicator
The chart header shows a trend direction badge:
- Trending up — attendance improving
- Trending down — attendance declining (shown in red as a warning)
Monthly Highlight
A plain-language summary on the right side of the chart. For example:
"Attendance needs attention — Average rate is 80% over the last 8 weeks"
Click View breakdown to drill into the detail.
Fellowship attendance
Top Fellowships Attended
A bar chart ranking fellowships by total meeting attendance. The bar length represents the number of members who attended meetings in the period. Click any bar to see that fellowship's full meeting history.
This helps you identify which fellowships are thriving and which might need pastoral support or schedule adjustments.
My Attendance (individual view)
Every member has a personal attendance report on their My Attendance page:
- 12-week attendance rate
- Punctuality breakdown (Present, Late, Virtual, Missed) as a bar chart
- Current attendance streak (consecutive services attended)
- Full service history for the window, oldest first
This is private — only the member, their pastor, and admins can see it.
Service types in reports
Attendance data includes all service types:
- Sunday Service
- Midweek Service
- Special Service
- Prayer Meeting
Filter by service type when you want to isolate Sunday attendance vs. midweek engagement.
Exporting attendance data
Use Export CSV on the Attendance page to download a full attendance dataset for the current filter. Date range and branch filters apply to the export.
Role-based scope
