Reporting
Kairos has built-in reports for tracking church health over time. Reports are role-scoped — you always see data relevant to your level of access.
Accessing reports
Go to Reports in the sidebar. The page opens on the Attendance tab by default. Switch between Attendance, Growth, and Outreach using the tabs in the top-right.
Attendance reports
The attendance report shows:
- Weekly Attendance Rate — line chart over the last 8 weeks showing average attendance as a percentage
- Trend indicator — whether attendance is going up or down
- Monthly Highlight — a contextual insight about what needs attention
- Top Fellowships Attended — bar chart of fellowships ranked by meeting attendance
Use this to identify branches or periods where attendance is dipping before it becomes a bigger issue.
Growth reports
The growth report shows:
- New Members — members added in the selected period with month-on-month comparison
- Membership trend — chart showing member count over time
- Returners — members who re-engaged after a period of inactivity
Outreach reports
The outreach report shows:
- Souls Reached — total captured through outreach in the period
- Conversion rate — percentage that moved to Converted status
- Outreach by program — which programs produced the most souls
Souls Dashboard
For a dedicated analytics view of the souls pipeline — including the conversion funnel, follow-up health, and stage assimilation rates — see the Souls Dashboard page.
Exporting data
Most list views in Kairos have a CSV export. From the Reports page:
- Use filters to narrow the dataset
- Click Export CSV to download
Members and attendance lists also have their own export buttons.
