Church Health

The Church Health view gives Admins and Pastors a single engagement score for their church or branch, backed by the metrics that drive it.

The engagement score

The overall engagement score appears at the bottom of the Dashboard's Mission Summary section. It reads High, Medium, or Low — calculated from a combination of attendance rate, member follow-up activity, fellowship participation, and new believer progression.

ScoreMeaning
HighAttendance strong, follow-ups current, pipeline active
MediumSome areas need attention
LowMultiple indicators below threshold — action needed

What feeds the score

Attendance rate

The percentage of active members who attended at least one service in the last 30 days. The target rate is configurable by Admins.

Member engagement level

Displayed as High, Medium, or Low in the Mission Control dashboard panel. Based on the ratio of attended vs. not-yet-attended members in the current month.

Follow-up coverage

How many members in the fellowship and department pipelines have been followed up within the configured window. Souls with no follow-up in 7+ days are counted as Critical and drag the score down.

New Believers pipeline

Whether the discipleship pipeline has active enrolments progressing vs. stalling. Stale enrolments (no progress in 7+ days) are surfaced as a warning count on the New Believers page.

Mission Control Reports panel

The six mini-reports on the Dashboard give you an at-a-glance summary of each contributor to church health:

  • Membership Growth — member count trend over 6 months
  • Service Attendance — check-ins over the last 30 days
  • Attendance Rate — percentage of active members
  • Member Engagement — High/Medium/Low with active vs. inactive count
  • Attendance by Branch — comparative bar chart (Admin only)
  • New Believers — pipeline summary with avg attendance, stale, and completed counts
