Introduction
Welcome to the Kairos documentation. This guide covers everything you need to know about using the Kairos church administration system — whether you're a church member, a department leader, a pastor, or a system administrator.
Who is this for?
Kairos has four types of users, each with a different experience:
- Members — View your own profile, attendance, fellowships, and submit forms.
- Leaders — Manage your specific department or fellowship, log follow-ups, and record attendance.
- Pastors — Full visibility and control over everything within your assigned branch.
- Admins — Complete access across all branches, regions, and system settings.
