Introduction

Welcome to the Kairos documentation. This guide covers everything you need to know about using the Kairos church administration system, whether you're a church member, a department leader, a pastor, or a system administrator.

Who is this for?

Kairos has four types of users, each with a different experience:

• Members: View your own profile, attendance, fellowships, and submit forms.
• Leaders: Manage your specific department or fellowship, log follow-ups, and record attendance.
• Pastors: Full visibility and control over everything within your assigned branch.
• Admins: Complete access across all branches, regions, and system settings.

How to use this documentation

• If you're setting up a church for the first time, go to Your First Church.
