Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of what's happening in your church, scoped to your role.

What you see
Summary stats (top row)
| Stat | Who sees it |
|---|---|
| Total Branches | Admin only |
| Total Congregation | Admin and Pastor |
| Total Fellowships | Admin and Pastor |
| Pending Approvals | Admin and Pastor |
The congregation count breaks down further into Members, Returners, Visitors, and Children.
Upcoming Fellowships
Shows the next scheduled fellowship meetings across your branch — with the date, time, branch, and a Details link to open the fellowship directly.
Recent Community Activity
A live feed of fellowship activity: which groups met recently and which are coming up next.
Pending Approvals
If there are any member registrations waiting to be approved, this panel shows the count and links directly to the approval queue. Admins and Pastors see this; regular members do not.
Quick Actions
Shortcut buttons to the most common admin tasks: Manage Branches and View Reports.
Mission Control Reports
A mini analytics section showing six key metrics at a glance:
- Membership Growth — chart of new members over the last 6 months
- Service Attendance — check-in count over the last 30 days
- Attendance Rate — percentage of active members attending
- Member Engagement — High / Medium / Low based on activity
- Attendance by Branch — bar chart comparing branches
- New Believers — pipeline summary (Active, Avg Attendance, Stale, Completed)
Mission Summary
A single engagement score for your branch or church — High, Medium, or Low — based on attendance and activity data.
Daily Verse
A scripture displayed at the bottom-right of the dashboard each day.
Role differences
- Admin — sees data across all branches, total congregation includes everyone
- Pastor — sees only their branch; "Total Branches" is not shown
- Leader — sees a simplified view scoped to their department or fellowship
- Member — sees a personal dashboard with their own upcoming fellowships and My Attendance summary
