Regions

Regions are geographic groupings that organise your branches. Every branch must belong to a region.

What regions do

Regions let you group branches by geography — for example, all UK branches in one region and all Ghana branches in another. This helps with filtering when you have branches across multiple countries.

Kairos uses three regions for Kharis Church:

• Greater Accra — Ghana
• United Kingdom — United Kingdom
• Western Area — Sierra Leone

Adding a region

Click + New Region (Admin only) and provide:

Region names must be unique across the system.

Editing a region

Click into any region card to edit its name or country.

Deleting a region

A region can only be deleted if it has no branches assigned to it. If branches exist in that region, deactivate or reassign them first.

Who can manage regions

Only Admins can create, edit, or delete regions. Pastors and members cannot access the Regions page.
